The agency I continue to serve Q&A, partnered with a global think tank to design and produce a large-format editorial memo for the 2025 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30).
The print tabloid communicated advanced climate insights into a clear, engaging, and narrative-forward piece. Authored by a respected global voice in climate and innovation, the memo was created for an informed audience of grantees, investors, and scientific partners who expect both intellectual rigor and a personal, considered presentation.
My contribution.
The creative directors determined that the project required a thoughtful balance between letter-like warmth and institutional authority. With careful attention to the author’s voice and an audience of subject matter experts, we shaped a visual structure that could support both. Rather than treating the content as technical briefing material, we approached it as storytelling.
I assisted with the layout narrative flow, image editng and enhancement, streaminging infographics, maintaining visual hierarchy and typographic rhythm creating a smooth storyline.
The Result
The printed memo and accompanying notecard were designed and assembled with close attention to scale, finish, and the overall reader experience. Early production exploration informed refinements to size, typography, pacing, and white space—resulting in a communication piece that felt intentional and approachable without losing authority.
The result is a warm, editorial package that honors the depth of its subject matter while inviting readers into the narrative. It demonstrates how high-level insights can be presented to a sophisticated audience with elegance and precision.
